Who/What: Friends of Habitat for Humanity across Washington County (HFHWC) are invited to join us for our community rock painting project! In conjunction with the Kindness Rocks movement, we will be painting rocks and hiding them around the community to be found (see instructions).
Why: April is National Volunteer month! HFHWC invites you to join us in recognizing and celebrating the dedication and achievements of our volunteer. Let’s bring kindness to our community and awareness to Habitat for Humanity’s vision – a world where everyone has a decent place to live.
When: National Volunteer Month – April 2019
Groups who participate are welcome to schedule a time to pick-up/or have rocks dropped off.
How: Thanks to a donation of rocks from Grosh’s Lawn Service, HFHWC will provide the rocks for your group to paint. If your group would like to participate, please email jessicagumm@habitat-wc.org for more information.
