Tom, Thank you once again for your help.
We called Grosh’s Lawn Service to clear a bank behind our mothers house that was overgrown and unsightly. Tom showed up, and we discussed the scope of the project, Tom emailed us a quote the next day, as he said he would do.
By the way, Tom doesn’t let any moss grow on himself. Tom and his crew showed up the following day, cleared the bank as we had requested and removed all the debris.
Tom exceeded our expectations and was very helpful in telling us the best way to maintain the bank from growing back. If you want someone that is reliable and easy to work with, Tom’s your person.

I’ve been meaning to send this for a while, but, well, life…
We want to thank you and your crew from the bottom of our hearts. We’ve been taking care of Ron’s parents since the middle of May, trying to get my father-in-law’s foot healed from a nasty diabetic wound, and now, prostate cancer treatments. You have no idea how relieved I am when we get home on Thursdays from one treatment or another and know that the lawn has already been taken care of. Initially, it was a bit of a hard sell to Ron, but we are both happy with the decision to hire you and your crew. I’m sure you hear it when you do something not to a client’s satisfaction (I’ve spent MANY years in customer service, so I am aware) so I only thought it necessary for you to hear it when your customers are grateful. Grosh’s Lawn Service performed an outstanding job – and finished amazingly fast! I hired them to cut down numerous trees and bushes, trim trees and bushes, remove weeds and poison ivy and spray for poison ivy while removing all waste. They showed up exactly when they said they would with a well coordinated crew. I couldn’t have been happier with the result. A job that I thought would take most of the day was completed in one hour. When they left, my property was clean of any yard debris.

I can’t say enough great things about Grosh’s Lawn Service. I scheduled some removal of shrubs, and landscaping work to be done. Tommy Grosh and his crew arrived right on time and didn’t waste any time. They efficiently and effectively completed the removal of shrubs, edged the flower beds, cut out many branches from a tree, and mulched 5 flower beds and one huge area behind my house.
They went above and beyond my expectations, and even filled in some holes in my yard. If you are looking for a high quality, friendly, and efficient lawn service, Grosh’s Lawn Service is # 1!
Tommy listens and gives suggestions with follow up care for the service he and his crew provide. I can’t thank you enough. My house now has the curb appeal it has desperately needed.

Along with mulching, cleaning gutters, removing unwanted bushes and planting new ones. Tom has done anything she has asked. Tom has been extremely kind and caring to mom going way beyond what would have been expected. Jim and I have had a couple of whirlwind days with regards to Jim’s visit to neurosurgeon. To make a long story short, it is now time for Jim to have a “repair job” on the cervical vertebrae (neck) and he is scheduled for surgery on Tuesday, 9/24.

Huge shout out to Grosh’s Lawn Service!
Last week my husband emailed them about a onetime service. We needed some help with the lawn due to the arrival of our little girl, all the rain, and just not being able to catch up. Hello Tom,
I wanted to let you know that we have not yet taken care of that broken limb in the yard. I was getting estimates (and dragging my feet).
Jeanine just sold the lot this week for us! Yeah! It’s been 9 years since we moved so we are feeling very blessed!
Accordingly, we will no longer be needing to have the lawn mowed after May 30th. I’m not even sure if you’ve been able to mow with the limbs down.
Thank you for your faithful excellent service all of these years. We have been blessed by your service, understanding of delays from Canada :), and keeping us informed with what you saw happening on the lot.
We will definitely recommend you to family and friends in the area as the opportunity arrives.

I want to give a HUGE shout out and THANK YOU to Tom Grosh and Grosh’s Lawn Service for helping one of our BLUE Family members. Our PSA for MCPD is married to a retired MCP Officer, and she herself has 30 years of service. She contacted Grosh’s to get a quote for lawn service due to her lawn tractor breaking down. Chris spends a lot of time tending to her husband who is dealing with medical issues and was just looking for a break until she could acquire a new mower. Not only did Tom listen and provide a quote, but he came out and cut her property for free, giving her time to get a new tractor!
Her words in a text “God does mysterious things! The owner of Grosh’s lawn just came and did my lawn for free to give me some time!”

My daughter, Leslie, suggested that I contact Tom to look at our ugly, bare spotted lawn. The lawn needed some drastic improvements. I also wanted some mulching done for my flower beds. Grosh’s Lawn Service: We have used Tom Grosh for our yard service since 1998. We own two houses in Sharpsburg, MD one is a rental and the other is a second home. When we purchased the second home the backyard was a real jungle.
Cal Fairbourn who owned the INN at ANTIETAM recommended Tom Grosh for the job. He turned this jungle into a very nice back yard.
Our rental had the same problem the tenants never took care of the yard and it too was a jungle. Tom and his crew cleaned up this jungle and made it into a real yard.
We live in California and when you are 3000 miles from your property you need some who is dependable, honest and someone you can trust.
We also had a very large tree that was in danger of falling on our second home. I asked Tom if he could handle this job and he said he could.
The job was completed just as he promised.
Therefore, we use Tom Grosh and his crew to maintain our yards. No matter when we go back to Sharpsburg the yards are well kept and if he sees something that needs addition he informs us.
